Mike Tews, CLU, ChFC, was appointed Managing Partner of Nebraska on May 1, 2004. Previously, he served as Managing Director for the Lincoln District Network Office.

After finishing eighth in the nation in the college intern program in 1986, Mike’s purpose was never clearer. He then chose to try his hand at a career as a full-time Financial Representative. Within a year of becoming a full-time representative, Tews became a College Unit Director with the Lincoln District Network Office. This role offered access to a fast-track start in field management. In 1991, Tews was named Managing Director of the Lincoln District Network Office. These roles taught Mike several key lessons that have become even more valuable in his career - time management and the importance of surrounding himself with Financial Representatives who are committed to growth.
